Community Support Groups
Facilitated peer groups where families share experiences in a supportive, judgement-free space. These groups meet regularly over an extended period, allowing participants to build familiarity with one another and develop practical ideas through shared conversation rather than structured curriculum.

- A consistent, small group (typically 6-10 participants) for continuity
