Our Company

Helping families keep track of what matters

Kinfold was built around a simple observation: families often have the will to communicate well — they just need the right tools, a little guidance, and sometimes a community around them.

Who we are

The Kinfold story

Kinfold started in Ayutthaya in 2019, when a small group of local practitioners noticed that many households in the region were managing complex day-to-day arrangements — often across two homes — without any shared tools or common reference points. Schedules lived in separate phones, messages got lost, and the paperwork of family life piled up with no clear home.

The idea was modest: create a set of practical resources — shared calendars, message templates, clear recordkeeping structures — that families could actually use without specialist knowledge. Then pair those tools with plain-language information sessions and a space for people in similar situations to connect with each other.

We opened our first round of sessions to a small number of Ayutthaya families in early 2020. Word spread steadily, and by 2022 we had expanded to three distinct service areas: coordination tools, educational sessions, and facilitated peer groups. All three remain the core of what we do today.

Kinfold is not a counselling service, a legal practice, or a health provider. We are an organisational and community resource — one that takes seriously the privacy and dignity of every family that works with us.

Our mission

"To give families straightforward tools for clearer communication and better day-to-day records — without pressure, jargon, or unnecessary complexity."

Core values

  • Clarity over complexity. We reduce friction, not add to it.
  • Respect for each family's own pace. No pressure, no urgency tactics.
  • Privacy as a baseline. Participation records are handled with care and discretion.
  • Community over isolation. Families benefit from knowing they're not alone in their situation.

How we work

Our standards and approach

Participant Privacy

All participation records are stored securely and accessed only by the team members directly involved in your service. We do not share identifying information with third parties outside what our privacy policy describes.

Content Review Process

All session materials and resource templates are reviewed annually against current best practices in family communication and records management. Updates are made whenever the content needs refreshing.

Trained Facilitation

Group session facilitators complete an internal preparation programme covering structured discussion methods, neutral facilitation, and participant wellbeing considerations before leading any group.

Plain Language Policy

Every written resource and session we produce goes through a plain language check. We avoid jargon, regulatory terms, and professional-advice language that could mislead participants about the nature of our service.

No-Pressure Participation

Families set the pace. There are no automatic renewals, no follow-up sales calls, and no obligation to continue after a session or trial period ends. Participation decisions rest entirely with the household.

Scope Clarity

We are a general information and organisational support service. We refer participants to qualified professionals — legal, health, financial — when a question falls outside our scope, rather than attempting to address it ourselves.

About our work

Family organisation support in Ayutthaya

Households across the Ayutthaya region often manage a great deal of day-to-day coordination — between two homes, across different schedules, and with records that need to stay accessible to more than one person. Kinfold provides the structural side of that: shared tools, reference materials, and structured sessions that make the coordination side of family life more manageable.

Our coordination tools work through shared calendar access and a library of message templates covering common household planning topics — school schedules, medical appointments, expense tracking, and regular handover communication. Families adapt these to their own situation; we provide the framework and a short onboarding to get started.

The information sessions focus on three broad areas: building household routines that hold across different environments, communication approaches that reduce repeated misunderstandings, and maintaining records that both adults in an arrangement can access and trust. Sessions are delivered in small groups or one-household formats, depending on what works better for a given family.

Community support groups meet fortnightly at our Mueang Ayutthaya premises. These are peer-led in substance — participants bring the topics — with a facilitator present to keep discussion structured and ensure all voices have space. Many families find that the group element adds something the tools and sessions alone don't provide: the knowledge that others are navigating similar situations, and the practical ideas that come from that shared experience.

Kinfold serves English-speaking families in Ayutthaya and central Thailand. All materials and sessions are delivered in English. We welcome enquiries from families at any stage of a household transition or reorganisation, with no requirement to commit to a full programme in advance.
